How ZemERP Protects School, College and Business Data

We collect only what is needed to run your organisation portal and support you.

• Account and enquiry details you submit: name, email, phone, organisation name and type (school, college or business).
• Operational data you enter in ZemERP: students, staff, fees, attendance, HR, CRM, inventory and related records for your organisation only.
• Technical logs such as IP, browser/device hints and usage events used for security, debugging and product reliability.

Data is used to deliver the product — not to sell lists or run unrelated ads.

• Provide, maintain and improve the cloud ERP for your organisation.
• Authenticate users, enforce roles and send service messages (login help, billing, downtime).
• Analyse aggregated usage so we can fix bugs and prioritise features — without sharing your campus or company records with other clients.

Each school, college or company stays in its own organisation boundary.

• Organisation-isolated records with authenticated login and role-based menus.
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard practices for stored credentials (hashed passwords).
• Access limited to authorised ZemERP operators when you request support or when required for platform operations.

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal or organisation data.

• Infrastructure and payment providers may process data only to host or bill the service, under contract.
• We disclose information if required by Indian law or to protect users and the platform from abuse.
• Other ZemERP clients never see your students, fees, payroll or CRM data.

You control your organisation account and can ask us for help with data requests.

• Update profile and organisation details from the portal where available.
• Export reports and bulk data in common formats (CSV/PDF) where the product supports it.
• Request correction or deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention and active subscription needs — email us from a verified organisation contact.
