Clear Rules for Using ZemERP
Last updated 6 September 2026. These terms cover accounts, plans, data responsibilities and service use for Indian schools, colleges and businesses.

Onboarding and support follow the plan or custom agreement we confirm after your enquiry.
Governing sense
Disputes are handled under applicable Indian law and the courts competent for our registered place of business, unless a written contract says otherwise.

Agreement
Using ZemERP means you accept these terms for your organisation.
- These terms apply to schools, colleges and businesses that use ZemERP cloud ERP or related websites and enquiry forms.
- If you create or administer an organisation account, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
- We may update terms with notice on this page; continued use after the update date means acceptance of the revised terms.
Accounts & access
One organisation portal — role-based users, not a shared public password.
- Keep admin credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s logins.
- Provide accurate organisation and user details. Do not create duplicate tenancies to bypass plan limits.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape other organisations’ data, or disrupt the service.
Plans, trial & payment
Published school and college prices; business modules are enquiry-led.
- School and college plan prices on Pricing are the published starting points; custom scopes are quoted after review.
- A short trial may be enabled after enquiry — we do not advertise free-forever ERP.
- Fees are payable through the channels we confirm (UPI, transfer or secure gateway). Cancel according to your invoice terms; no hidden add-ons without agreement.
Data & privacy
Your organisation data stays isolated; privacy details live on the Privacy Policy page.
- You own the operational data you enter (students, fees, HR, CRM, stock, etc.).
- We process that data to host and support the product as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You must have a lawful basis to upload personal data of students, staff or customers into ZemERP.
Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime and will communicate planned maintenance where practical.
- Cloud software may have interruptions for maintenance, outages or force majeure; we work to restore service promptly.
- ZemERP is provided as a managed SaaS — not a warranty of uninterrupted perfection or fitness for every possible workflow without configuration.
- We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse or legal risk, with notice where reasonable.
Need clarification?
Custom contracts, data processing addenda or college tender wording — ask before you sign. We map the product to your campus or office, not the other way around.
